Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We understand that sometimes a customer needs to return their item(s) for various different reasons and we are more than happy to help. At Alison Jayne Clothing do have a few terms and conditions as part of our returns policy which I have added below.

Terms & Conditions for all Alison Jayne Clothing returns:

The customer has 14 days from purchase to submit their return to us.

If the customer is unhappy with their item(s) they have 14 days from ordering to return them back to us. Returns are currently free of charge.

Products must be returned in the same condition as the item was received.

• In the original packaging.
• The original tags must be attached in the original place.
• The item(s) must not be damaged, worn or in a condition other than how it was sent.

After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions prohibited as listed above, Alison Jayne Clothing, shall not accept any return and no monies will be refunded.
